SLP Resources {Handout}

Before I began this blog I had no idea the amount of resources and free materials that were available on the web. Thanks to sites like Pinterest, Teachers Pay Teachers, Teachers Notebook and Classroom Freebies, planning has become so much easier for me!

Download this free handout and share
In an effort to share the wealth with my colleagues (and my readers), I've compiled a list of the sites I've found most useful. I plan on giving this to the other SLP's in my department when we meet this week. These sites are by no means the "be-all and end-all" of resources. However, I felt this was a decent list for those who are beginning to use technology and the web as a therapeutic resource. Feel free to print and share this handout with your colleagues (leave a comment if you do).

What sites that I haven't mentioned do you find most useful?

UPDATE

I added one more link that I found useful (Education.com). Click here to view the updated handout.

100 Best Websites for Speech-Language Pathologists

This week just keeps getting better! Not only was my first guest post published (with another one on the way tomorrow) but I just had the pleasure of being informed about LTSL's inclusion onto the list of the Best 100 Sites for Speech Pathologists being published at OnlineSpeechPathologyPrograms.net .

Aside from this being great news, this list is also meant to be a resource for those interested in the profession. Their collection of websites and blogs about speech therapy, speech pathology, and general linguistics are a useful resource for anyone looking for information about the subject, or even considering a career in speech-language pathology. I encourage you all to visit!
